Benefits of INLUS Membership

These are the benefits our members can expect to be introduced in the short-term.  As we launch in 2019 and our capacity grows, we anticipate the benefits of membership will also grow.   

Being a member or donor builds our capacity to fund local-level initiatives, scholarship programs and other philanthropic work that supports our mission.

• Access to on-line video group programs and activities that may include things like:

  • Icelandic book club discussions, including author meet & greets

  • Icelandic language chats and lessons

  • Guest speakers, musicians, etc.

Icelandic Clubs, Associations and Organizations

Access to all the benefits of individuals and families plus the following:

• Remote access portals allowing your members to gather and attend on-line events from various locations in your area.

• Access to use our Zoom video meeting capability during available time blocks so you can hold your own local meetings remotely.

• Access to member-only resources and special content you can access for your Club’s activities, including tools and ideas for youth activities and membership.

• Video forums to meet with other Clubs across North America, including time with other Club Presidents.

• Listing of your group on our website, including links to your own website

  • Major events on both your page and our events calendar.

• Posts that feature your club’s activities on our webpage and social media platforms.

Business Members

• One newsletter post per year featuring your business to all our members and non-member subscribers, when the content has an Iceland or Nordic focus.

• Ability to provide coupon promotions to our members for Icelandic or Nordic products, services, tours or excursions.

• Listing of your business on our website, including a link to your website.
